The book includes 50 unique patterned mandala designs with Erika's own favorite powerful affirmations for you to practice daily and seek inspiration from. To get the most out of the coloring book, pause and reflect on the affirmations. Choose an affirmation each day and repeat 2x a day either aloud or in your head. You can also write it in your journal, use visualization or place a reminder on your phone with the affirmation to remind and empower you to manifest whole hearted self-love.
There is 1 blank page between each coloring page to avoid color bleeding. You can leave them blank and take a pause and stretch. You can add sketches, thoughts, notes or doodling after you have colored in each page.
